Product Overview
The Pellet Dry Ice Machine is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, and easy-to-operate dry ice production system, designed specifically to produce high-density dry ice pellets. Working Principle
The machine transforms liquid carbon dioxide (CO₂) into solid dry ice snow through pressure reduction and expansion. The snow is then compressed into pellets using a hydraulic system with interchangeable molds.
An efficient cooling system reduces hydraulic oil temperature and maintains stable operation. The automatic control system continuously monitors production parameters, ensuring pellets are consistently dense and high-quality. The system can handle variations in CO₂ moisture content, providing reliable, continuous dry ice production even under challenging conditions.
