Working Principle

The system utilizes the low-temperature, high-pressure state of liquid CO₂ stored in the tank. A filling pump transfers the liquid CO₂ into target containers. The pump can be either plunger-type or diaphragm-type, with flow rates ranging from several liters per minute to tens of liters per minute and pressures up to 10-20 MPa, ensuring smooth filling operations.
