Product Overview
The Alkaline Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Equipment features a containerized design, integrating core modules such as the electrolyzer, gas-liquid separator, three-tower purification system, control cabinet, rectifier cabinet, and transformer into a standard 40-foot container. Compact and mobile, the system can be rapidly deployed with only water, electricity, and gas connections, enabling high-purity hydrogen production. The system supports a hydrogen production capacity of up to 100 Nm³/h with a hydrogen purity of 99.999%, making it suitable for industrial hydrogen production, storage, and gas supply applications.

Working Principle
Based on alkaline water electrolysis technology, the system splits water into hydrogen and oxygen in the electrolyzer. Produced hydrogen passes through a gas-liquid separator and a three-tower purification system, further increasing purity and reducing the dew point to -70°C, ensuring high-purity hydrogen output. Integrated control systems coordinate all modules to enable automated operation, ensuring stable, efficient, and continuous hydrogen supply.
