Product Overview

The LCO₂ cryogenic insulated cylinder is a low-temperature storage and transportation vessel designed with a vacuum insulation structure. It is specifically used for storing and transporting liquid carbon dioxide and other cryogenic liquids.

The cylinder adopts a double-layer stainless steel structure, forming a high-vacuum insulated space between the inner and outer vessels. This effectively minimizes heat transfer and ensures that the stored medium remains stable at low temperatures.

It is suitable for a wide range of cryogenic media, including liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and liquid CO₂. The product is widely applied in industries such as mechanical manufacturing, medical, electronics, chemical processing, food, and scientific research.

Working Principle

The LCO₂ cryogenic insulated cylinder is based on high-vacuum insulation technology. A stable vacuum layer is created between the inner and outer vessels, effectively suppressing heat conduction and convection while reducing radiative heat transfer.

This highly efficient insulation environment allows the stored cryogenic liquid to remain stable while significantly reducing evaporation loss.

The cylinder is equipped with a pressure-building coil system, which uses ambient heat or external energy to slightly heat the liquid, enabling pressure regulation and continuous gas supply.

Additionally, the system supports both liquid-phase and gas-phase withdrawal, meeting different operational requirements.
