Product Overview
The in-situ laser process gas analyzer (single-ended) is a high-performance gas analysis instrument based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS). It is specifically designed for in-situ gas measurement in harsh industrial environments, including high temperature, high dust, and corrosive conditions.
The analyzer operates without the need for gas sampling or pre-treatment systems, enabling direct, real-time measurement at the process site. It offers fast response, high accuracy, and excellent reliability, making it ideal for dynamic process monitoring and ensuring safe and stable industrial operations.
Working Principle
The analyzer utilizes TDLAS technology, where a laser beam at a specific wavelength passes through the target gas. Gas molecules absorb light at characteristic wavelengths, and the system determines gas concentration by measuring the attenuation of the laser intensity.
An integrated reference gas module provides dynamic calibration, effectively compensating for variations in temperature, pressure, and environmental conditions, ensuring accurate and stable measurement results.
